Our Customer Success team recently visited six partner institutions across Panama to deliver TOEIC-focused training sessions for English language educators.
The trainings supported teachers in strengthening TOEIC Reading instruction and deepening the connection between classroom learning and real-world communication skills. Educators demonstrated strong interest in aligning their teaching with transferable competencies such as reading for purpose, interpreting workplace texts, and responding to authentic, real-life scenarios — further reinforcing the role of TOEIC in preparing students for future academic and professional opportunities.
During the visit, Bethlem’s Academic Director shared the story of a former student who, after taking the TOEIC exam for the first time last year, is now pursuing opportunities abroad in London. The student expressed gratitude to his English teacher, noting that the skills developed through TOEIC-aligned learning played a key role in helping him access international pathways.
The visit also highlighted new opportunities to further support student motivation through future TOEIC online engagement initiatives.
