Edusoft recently attended the ABLA Regional event held at the Central Cultural Costarricense North Americana (CCCN), joining leaders from across the region for three days of insightful talks, workshops, and presentations. The event gathered 36 attendees representing Centro Cultural North American Binational Institutions from Central America and the Caribbean, including participants from two Binationals in Mexico, two in Honduras, and others from Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. Each Binational Institution was represented by its CEO or Commercial Director and the Academic Director.
Edusoft representatives led key presentations during the event. One workshop, attended by 18 Academic Coordinators, was titled “Expectations vs. Reality” and focused on strategies for motivation, engagement, and success in both taking and teaching online English courses. Another session for the CEOs, titled “Unlocking Institutional Success: Elevating Growth through Collective Leadership,” explored critical areas for institutional growth, including Institutional Challenges, Success, and Journey, along with the importance of Collective Leadership and setting Objectives and Key Results.
The ABLA Regional event provided an invaluable opportunity for exchanging ideas, exploring strategies, and reinforcing the commitment to advancing English education across the region, with Edusoft playing a central role in the discussions.
