As part of our continued collaboration with INADEH, Edusoft recently delivered a comprehensive English Discoveries teacher training program in Panama, reaching 173 teachers across David, Santiago, and Panama City.
The program combined face-to-face training with continued learning through ED Community, helping teachers strengthen their knowledge of English Discoveries and explore ways to integrate the platform more effectively into their teaching. A key focus was positioning English Discoveries as a central resource in a student-centered classroom, supporting teachers as they guide learners, provide feedback, and expand on digital learning activities.
Participants explored recent English Discoveries developments and were also given a preview of the future direction of the platform, including upcoming AI-powered capabilities. The new developments generated strong interest among participating teachers and opened discussions around new possibilities for teaching and learning.
As part of the ongoing collaboration, a mid-year review with INADEH leadership identified opportunities to further strengthen the program, including expanding English for Specific Purposes (ESP) content, increasing the use of standardized assessments across campuses, and exploring certification opportunities for ESP courses.
Through continued training, collaboration, and innovation, Edusoft and INADEH are working together to strengthen English teaching and learning and expand opportunities for learners across Panama.
