Edusoft recently concluded a series of successful academic sessions in Panama, led by Customer Success Manager Casey Crandon and Director of Customer Success Diego Goren. Over three intensive days, from March 25 to 27, sessions were held in Panama City and David, bringing together educators and academic leaders from top institutions including Columbus University, UMIP, Cambridge School, UNACHI, ISAE, and OTEIMA.

Each 3-hour session focused on deepening engagement with the English Discoveries platform and fostering dialogue around its use in the classroom. The main topics explored were:

  • The English Discoveries Community
  • Learning and Assessment
  • OLPC, Certification, and Employability
  • TOEIC and TOEIC Bridge

One of the highlights of the visit was the collaborative spirit of the sessions, where institutions openly shared their implementation strategies, providing a space for mutual learning and practical recommendations.

There was strong interest among participants in transitioning to English Discoveries Excellence, Edusoft’s next-generation learning platform. Several institutions also expressed enthusiasm about integrating ESP (English for Specific Purposes) content into their programs to better support their learners’ professional goals.

The English Discoveries Community feature received especially positive feedback, with educators excited about the opportunity to engage with peers and share best practices.

This visit reaffirmed Edusoft’s commitment to supporting its partners in Panama and empowering educators with tools for impactful English language instruction.
