Meet the assessment developers from ETS who collaborated with us on these courses. Elizabeth Carter GrissomAssessment Specialist in the English Language Learning area at ETS

Elizabeth manages the development of the TOEIC Bridge tests. She is also a member of the TOEIC Speaking and TOEIC Reading teams. Elizabeth has taught ESL at Indiana University and the University of Alabama in the United States and EFL at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu-National-Louis University in Poland. Elizabeth holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Linguistics from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from Knox College.

Alyssa FrancisAssessment Specialist in the English Language Learning area at ETS

Alyssa leads score quality processes for the TOEIC Speaking test. She also works on the development and scoring of the TOEIC Listening and Reading test, the TOEIC Speaking test, and TOEIC Bridge. Alyssa’s work experience includes teaching English Composition and ESL courses at The Ohio State University, university-level EFL courses in China, and ESL immersion classes for adults in the United States. Alyssa holds a Master of Arts graduate degree in Applied Linguistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The College of St. Benedict.
