Effective onboarding is crucial for the success of the English Discoveries Program. The purpose of this onboarding series is to make sure that teachers are “fluent” with the ins and outs of the platform to ensure a successful student learning experience. Participants will be part of our learning community and have the unique opportunity to interact with teachers from different institutions. Yasmín Camargo-Cruz has a degree in Philology and Languages from the National University of Colombia and she specialized in Translation at the Universidad del Rosario, in Colombia.
She has worked as a coordinator and English teacher in face-to-face, blended, and virtual learning environments in Colombia, the United States, and Spain. She has experience in the planning, development and implementation of small and large scale English programs in universities, academic institutions and government entities in Latin America.
